Dr. Ajay  is an esteemed Assistant Professor in Kayachikitsa & Panchakarma at the Government Post Graduate Ayurveda College and Hospital, Varanasi. He completed his B.A.M.S. in 2005 from the same institution, followed by M.D. and Ph.D. in Kayachikitsa from Banaras Hindu University. With over 15 years of clinical experience, Dr. Kumar specializes in managing hypertension, cardio-respiratory disorders, diabetes, chronic illnesses, and lifestyle disorders.

He has authored several influential books including Hypertension in Ayurveda, Male Infertility and Management, Madhumeha, Kayachikitsasutram, and Bhesaj Darpan, along with 20+ research papers in national and international journals and over 200 health-related articles for leading newspapers. He has also delivered guest lectures in more than 30 national and international seminars and organized several academic events.
