The initial pelvic ultrasound dated 11/10/2022 showed a mildly thickened endometrium measuring approximately 13 mm, with a few small cysts seen in the endometrium. The ultrasound impression was suggestive of cystic endometrial hyperplasia.
The patient underwent Ayurveda treatment for approximately one month at Sampoorna Kayakalp Ayurveda Clinic, Ludhiana. A follow-up whole-abdomen ultrasound showed the uterus to be grossly normal, with endometrial thickness reduced to approximately 9 mm. No significant abnormality was detected in the follow-up examination.
